All orders will be sent out within 1-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation. As a solo entrepreneur, I greatly appreciate your patience. 

Price is calculated at checkout. For approximate rates of shipping, please have a look at the following information:

• Netherlands Shipping: €7.50
  
• Europe (Zone 1) from €13 
  
• Europe (Zone 2) from €18.50

Aikō is not responsible for additional taxes, fees, or duties (please ensure you know your local rules and regulations before completing your order). Aikō is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or damaged in shipment; all subsequent actions must be taken with the post facilities. If a package is returned to our facility for any reason (incorrect address, unclaimed, etc.), the shipping fee will have to be paid again in order to reship your order.
