Refund policy

All the items on Aikō are handpicked and carefully curated, and there is only one piece of each item. It is very important to me that they still have a long life ahead of them and you can create lovely memories wearing them. Although each item is in good condition, they are vintage or secondhand and may have some signs of wear. I understand that buying online can be tricky sometimes; therefore, I include details such as size, measurements, material, condition, and photos in the item's description to accurately represent the product. Please check the description and the photos carefully before you place an order. And if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me via info@aikovintage.com.

As a consumer, you have the right to return purchases made online within 14 days of receiving the product. All returns must be approved by Aikō. If you want to return an item, please email info@aikovintage.com and include your full name, order number, and the reason you want to return it.

• Please keep in mind the following guidelines for returns:
  
• All items must be returned in their original condition, along with all tags attached and packaging. Aikō will not issue a refund until the returned product is received and confirmed that it is suitable for return. Aikō reserves the right to refuse any return merchandise.
• Items purchased on sale can not be returned.
  
• The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Aikō is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged shipments during the return process.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN, AS THEY MAY BE REJECTED. 

Once your return is received & confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your refund.
